We were thrilled to win the ‘Best Renewal Rates’ award from ESET at their UK Partner Conference this year. It came as a bit of a surprise to us as we didn’t even know we were shortlisted! It was a real testament to our customer retention as we’ve renewed more than any other IT dealer in the UK!
